Our designers have over 100 years of combined industry experience in all facets of garment construction including, high fashion, draping, sports wear, children's and mens wear, uniforms, lingerie, swim wear and accessories. Our ability to interpret your designs with flair and accuracy will save you time, money and produce results that exceed your expectations. We provide the option of cardboard or CAD drafted digital patterns that are created using one of our Gerber Technologies Accumark Systems.
Grading... Getting it right
Our attitude to production grading and marker making is simple, "Check, check and check again." Our Gerber trained operators adhere to a strict set of internal processes and checks for every garment we grade. Additionally every pattern graded must be printed as a nest. This nest is then approved by one of our senior pattern makers before being presented to the client for final approval. Once we have client approval on the nest the graded files can then be released, ready for electronic dispatch anywhere in the world.

When producing samples or production markers our goal is to produce the best possible solution for yield and fabric usage. We understand that cutters have different requirements and we will work closely with our clients cutters to achieve the best outcome for everyone.
